Having served in and alongside the Church for over a decade, Ross knows firsthand that "special events" are often the most taxing on leadership and volunteers. We work hard to ensure our demand on your team is minimal. We provide you with all marketing material, handle media for the event, and have minimal requirements to bring this to life.
IGNITE
Seven Mile Story is fuelled by a desire to see people reading God's Word. Time and time again we have witnessed people's view of the Bible transform from boring, irrelevant, and outdated, to a book they'd be crazy not to read after encountering the passionate, unbroken story inside. As Bible literacy across North America continues to decline, we want to partner with churches equally excited to see people reading the Bible for themselves.

ABOUT ROSS BREITKREUZ

Hi! I'm Ross.
After a devastating car accident left me with brain damage, clinical depression, news that I'd never play hockey again and a desire to end it all, Gods Word changed my life. I am passionate about the Bible, changing the way people experience it and inspiring people to encounter the living God of the Bible.
I believe when people experience the Bible as a passionate unbroken story, they can no longer view it as anything less than a book they'd be crazy not to read. Gods Word is living and active and does not return void. If I can use my gift as a communicator to inspire people to pick up a Bible and read it, I know the Holy Spirit will transform lives like it did mine.
I've served in ministry for over 15 years as an itinerant speaker, interim pastor, associate pastor (Duncan Pentecostal Church - Vancouver Island), touring speaker and currently in my hometown as Associate Pastor of Sicamous Community Church. I'm a graduate of Briercrest College & Seminary and hold pastoral credentials through Fellowship Pacific. I've spoken throughout North America, written for magazines, been featured on podcasts, and partnered with many major Christian organizations.

INVESTMENT:
Option #1: WITH TICKET SALES
Host Church or organization invests $650.00 (+tax) as a booking fee* and tickets are sold for the event (ticketing info listed below)
Option #2: 100% FREE EVENT
Host Church or organization invests $1400.00 (+tax) and the event is free for the entire community (no ticket sales).
*To ensure seating event registration can be put in place
*Note: Both options are all-inclusive. There is ZERO expectation or ask from your Church/Organization to provide Ross with accommodations, travel reimbursements or meals. Ross also does not make any requests for financial support from the audience at any events.
EVENT LENGTH:
2.5 hours*
*This includes an intermission at around the 1 hour 15 min mark.

MARKETING/ADVERTISING:
All marketing material for the event will be supplied by Ross.
Printable posters, social media posts, pre-written scripts for verbal announcements, and short videos for Sunday Mornings. If you require any other marketing material beyond this or specific graphic sizes it will be provided to you promptly. Ross also invests in online marketing for events and reaches out to other churches in the surrounding area to notify them of the evening.
DAY OF EVENT NEEDS:
Access to Facility 3hrs prior to the event
Use of in-house audio (1 wireless handheld mic)
Ability to use in-house media computer or to connect Ross' personal computer for event media
Space to set up a booth in the foyer or lobby
PRAYER TEAM:
For every event, Ross asks hosts to find a team of people (large or small) who would join him in praying over the event in the days, weeks, months leading up to it. He then invites these people to join him the night of the event to pray over the evening and for the hearts of all those who will be in attendance.
*Depending on the anticipated size of the event, Ross may request a volunteer or two to help with ticket sales and merch table. All volunteers receive free tickets for friends and family.
**Ross often travels with his father who manages/controls the media during the event. In the rare occasion Ross' Dad cannot join him, he will require someone to manage media. This person will be provided with a thorough script to make the job simple.
