Seven Mile Story is a captivating speaking event where Pastor/Author/Speaker, Ross Breitkreuz, takes listeners through the entire Bible in one night.
From "In the beginning" to "It is finished", Ross shares the Bible's seamless story in an engaging fashion that's both educational and entertaining.
From seeker to seasoned Christian, this unique event is family friendly, fun, and captivating for all, with ages 12 to 85 continuing to report, "I've never heard anything like this before!"
Ross is passionate about the Bible and shattering stereotypes people have about it. It's his desire to see Seven Mile Story used to reach those outside the faith, point people to Gods Word, and draw them to the local Church.
WHAT AUDIENCE MEMBERS & CHURCH LEADERS ARE SAYING
"LIKE FEW OTHERS OF OUR TIME.
ROSS SPEAKS WITH A SENSE OF PASSION AND PURPOSE. HE HELPS PEOPLE UNDERSTAND AND CONSIDER THE BIBLE IN NEW LIGHT."

I could care less about the Bible.
That's how I felt growing up. Despite being told about its importance. Despite being raised in a Christian home. Then I found myself clinging to it for survival. A horrific car accident, brain damage, and clinical depression will do that. During that season my view of the Bible changed. I saw something I'd rarely heard. The Bible wasn't storIES, it was STORY. One single story dying to be told. A story so captivating ANYONE would be enthralled by it regardless of their religious convictions!
Seven Mile Story is the culmination of that passion, my education, and countless hours of personal study. I want to use my gift as a communicator to help people experience the Bibles seamless story, remove barriers for reading it, and leave them hungry to go DEEPER into the story with a local church.
I am now an author, speaker, pastor. I've spoken throughout North America, written for magazines, been featured on podcasts, and partnered with many major Christian organizations. When I'm not on the road, Vancouver Island, Canada, is home, where I live with my wife, Britney, and serve in our local Church.
If you have questions about the event or myself, do not hesitate to reach out.
It's no secret, Bible literacy has been on decline. Organizations like The Canadian Bible forum, Pew Research, and Barna Group have been highlighting this for 10+ years.
On the bright side, over those years, these studies have also shown a stable and continued interest in God, Faith, and the Bible.
I believe this showcases what many church leaders know: People are hungry. People are curious. They want to know. And the art of storytelling can be a powerful way of engaging culture with Gods Word.
People love a good story. Most people aren't intimidated about hearing a story told, even if it's about the Bible. Through Seven Mile Story, you can offer your community a captivating evening of storytelling that appeals to non-Christians, engages the mature, and makes Gods Word the centre of attention.
STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT PEOPLE WHO VIEW THE BIBLE AS RELEVANT ARE 4X MORE LIKELY TO ATTEND A WEEKEND SERVICE, AND 10X MORE LIKELY TO READ THE BIBLE ON THEIR OWN.
The primary goal of this ministry is to point people to the Bible, however, the Bible is best experienced in community. This is why the mission of Seven Mile Story is to engage listeners, leave them hungry for more, and point them to the local Church, so you can continue to guide them deeper into The Bible on a regular basis. Think of Seven Mile Story as a road sign or arrow pointing to Gods Word & your community. We want to serve as a supplementary event to the outreach and ministry you are already doing.
